Jamie has lived in the Arden Park North neighborhood for over four years and currently serves as President of the HOA Board. With a professional background in software and infrastructure engineering, as well as hands-on experience as a contractor and mechanic. He brings a blend of technical expertise and practical know-how to community leadership. His approach emphasizes precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all aspects of HOA operations.
Jamie has served on the Arden Park North HOA Board for a total of 1.5+ years, initially holding dual roles as Treasurer and Secretary, where he managed finances, maintained records, and supported transparency in board operations. Since stepping into the President role in July 2025, Jamie has helped guide major community initiatives and strengthen partnerships across Arden Park North and South.
Recent projects include multiple access provider migrations, from the difficult Cellgate era to the improved ButterflyMX system, along with new partnerships for gate maintenance, formation of the Pool Advisory, Technical, and Wetlands Committees, and development of the new www.apnocoee.com website. Additional initiatives, driven through teamwork, include mailbox refurbishments, expanded parcel locker capacity, clubhouse and pool landscaping improvements, and new entrance signage.
Looking ahead, Jamie remains focused on the continued enhancement of neighborhood amenities, including park refurbishments, lake path connectivity, and ongoing efforts related to the Lennar litigation. He is dedicated to transparent financial management, open communication, and ensuring every resident has a clear voice in the community’s future.

Steve has lived in Arden Park North for two years and currently serves as Vice President on the HOA Board of Directors. His professional background includes executive management, business administration and a 21 year retired Air Force Veteran holding many positions in government. Steve is committed to being a team player and a solid voice of representation for each property owner. He brings many skills that are a vital asset in managing our HOA.

Hello! My name is Colin Philips. I have been your neighbor in Arden Park South(APS) since 2018. My wife, Amanda, and I love raising our young son in our wonderful joint community. If you are visiting APS, you may very well see us taking a walk with our young son, Lincoln and white rescue mutt, Harlow - make sure to wave and say hello! We always enjoy getting to know our neighbors.
I’m passionate about giving back, especially when it comes to fighting food insecurity. Through my work as the Rotary District 6980 Service Chair, I’ve helped organize the efforts of hundreds of volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank resulting in over 75,000 meals for our Central Florida neighbors. I’m a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and owner of Cast Member Financial, where I help Disney cast members make the most of their finances.

Alejandro “Teo” Quijano is a service-driven professional with over a decade of experience in finance, program management, and cloud technologies. Known for his high sense of accountability and commitment to quality outcomes, Teo has successfully led cross-functional teams and complex programs across diverse industries and environments.
As a Project Manager, Teo consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard—most recently leading a global HCM ERP implementation that earned a referable client score. He brings extensive consultative expertise in financial and HCM enterprise systems.
His public sector experience includes serving as Budget Program Manager for the Florida National Guard Emergencies Team, where he oversaw $5M+ in emergency lodging logistics with major hotel chains. Teo also led logistical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and directed overseas finance teams in high-pressure environments, including a leadership assignment in Doha, Qatar.
Teo fosters trust through effective communication, dedication, and a strong client-first mindset making him a valuable asset to both the HOA board and the broader community.

Lieutenant Colonel James Seiler retired from The Salvation Army on November 1, 2024, and took up residence in (Arden Park North) Ocoee, Florida in connection with this change. Seiler most recently served as the Secretary for Business Administration for The Salvation Army in the USA Southern Territory. In connection with this appointment, he served as the Treasurer of The Salvation Army, A Georgia Corporation. In his day-to-day activity, Seiler supervised eight departments at the headquarters: Legal, Information Technology, Finance, Investments, Property, Community Relations, Risk Management, and Supplies & Purchasing. Seiler served previously as the Divisional Commander for The Salvation Army North and South Carolina Division.
Seiler was commissioned as a Salvation Army officer in 1984. Seiler served as a Salvation Army officer for 40 years with appointments in local and administrative roles throughout Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Seiler served for
11 years in the Finance Department for The Salvation Army, including nine years in the Texas Division and two years at the Territorial Headquarters office in Atlanta. Prior to attending The Salvation Army’s School for Officer Training, Seiler earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Asbury University and his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Kentucky.
Seiler is married to Lieutenant Colonel Karol Seiler, and they are parents of two sons: Bryan, who serves as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel at Youth Guidance in Chicago and (Sergeant) Andrew, who serves as a Salvation Army leader working as the Divisional Secretary for Personnel in the Georgia Division. They have four grandchildren.
